In the Mediterranean bakery next door, we bake our own bread that we use in the restaurant. We have our own natural leaven Italian bread, gluten free breads and desserts, and custom creations from Margaret's imagination and recipes that have been in her family for generations. Quality is important to us, and we use unbleached organic flour. Also, we do not use artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Margaret can bake anything from vegan and gluten free breads to wedding cakes and anything in between.
